Forensics

In class we took a quiz on Crime Scene Basics and then watched a few video clips about Lizzie Borden, complementing the article we read the other day.  The quiz is worth 20 pts.  Remember that classwork/homework is 30% of your grade while assessments are 70%.  The quiz, along with your paper, are part of assessments.  I will probably return your papers on Monday as I continue to get late papers and want to hand them all back/put them in my grade book all at once. Tomorrow we will continue on with eye witness accounts

Integrated Science

In class we took a quiz on the Scientific Method and then watched an episode of MythBusters to assess their use of the scientific method during experiments .  The quiz is worth 20 pts or 15 pts for Period G.  Remember that classwork/homework is 30% of your grade while assessments are 70%.  The quiz is part of assessments.  Tomorrow we will finish the MythBusters episode and potentially begin notes on Measurement. 

Period D: Continue thinking about Science Fair.  I am meeting with people in my dept about topics today and tomorrow and will set up a day for us to research topics/ideas/information
