Today we finished up notes on elements and compounds and went over examples of each for classwork. On Monday we will continue on with tis section by looking at mixtures and solutions.  Test corrections were due today and I will not accept them late.

Homework

Look up an element and make up a small poster about it.  I gave out the directions for this in class as well as an example.  The poster should be the size of a piece of computer paper and colorful ! Include images !  All of the directions and criteria are on the handout
